Rev. Ora  has a global presence with both her online radio program called "Divinely Framed" and Ora International. Women are being impacted and empowered to rise out of the ashes of their pain and shame and absolutely step into their divine purposes and reign.

The Lord God has called, trained and anointed Rev. Ora to minister to women from all walks of life the divine truth of the pure, unconditional, outrageous and eternal love that He has for his Darling Daughters.





And she profoundly communicates to the women that they are God’s idea, chosen by Him before life or anyone ever put their mouths on them. They are his forever-love, treasured and adored by Him. Ora boldly pours into the women the reality of their significance, acceptance and immeasurable value and worth.

For over twenty years, Ora has been privileged and humbled to minister to God’s precious people . . . adults, youth, children and even the infants. She has ministered to them all. She has been on the ministerial staffs of Welcome Christian Center, Living Fountains All Nations International Church, Los Angeles Christian Center, Ablaze Believers Christian Center, and Christ Evangelistic World Changers Church. And she has ministered in conferences, churches, tent meetings, home Bible studies, in the parks, street evangelism, door-to-door evangelism, on skid row of Los Angeles, Salvation Army, convalescent homes, on the job and even at a beauty salon.

Rev. Ora ministers in the offices of Pastor, Evangelist and Teacher, and operates under a strong prophetic mantle. She knows she has been chosen by God before the foundations of the world to take His Gospel of the Kingdom to the nations!



One of the defining moments in her ministry is when she met her spiritual fathers Prophet Kenneth Copeland and Apostle and Prophet, Morris Cerullo. Through the teachings of Kenneth Copeland, Ora learned a life-changing truth: She was more than a forgiven sinner; she was indeed the very righteousness of God in Christ. And Dr. Cerullo boldly challenged her to be a “proof-producer”. And what a challenge it was! His challenge was fearless and in your face:

“Can you produce the proof that Jesus is the Resurrected Christ in you?!” And that challenge drove her to a deeper relationship with the Lord her God and with His eternal Word.

One of Ora’s favorite scriptures is I Corinthians 14:12b which says: “…seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the Church.”

One of the ways Ora enjoys edifying the Church is through her writing. She is the very proud author of her “end-time” book entitled, Divinely Framed, I am that I Am says I am. This book is the answer to any woman who is struggling for identity or struggling for acceptance. And it is the answer for the woman who has been taken hostage by her past, imprisoned by her unforgiveness, and terrorized by her bitterness, her guilt and her shame.

Rev. Ora states that the truths found in Divinely Framed along with the Bible will absolutely transform your life if you embrace them.  She further states, “The truths revealed in Divinely Framed will not entertain you, Woman of God, but they will awaken you to the truth about the real you.  These truths will cause you to be inspired, re-fired, enthused and infused by the revelation and illumination of who you are, and Whose you are!  And once you know that you know, that you know that you know, then the shackles and the chains that have imprisoned, hindered, confined or even paralyzed you for so long, will melt as quickly and effortlessly as one ice cube immersed into a small cup of boiling water.   Oh, there is absolute freedom in Christ, Woman of God, for whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!"  

Rev. Ora Stearns Smith is truly a woman gifted by God. But when asked, “Who are you?” She without hesitation and without apology says:

I am my Father’s will.

On purpose, He begat me.



I am not ordinary,

I am not normal.



And I am not common.



How can I be ordinary?

How can I be normal?



How can I be just common

when I am a brand-spanking

new creation in Christ Jesus,



Filled with the very life

and nature of God



And have been given all power

over the enemy



And all authority to enforce

the Word

of the Living God?!
